Singapore: Sentosa!!! (and other things)

The second day of our trip to singapore was to Sentosa! The whole day we at Sentosa Island! It's like the enchanted here in the Philippine's. One of the must sees in Singapore. To get there we took a mrt to Harbour Front then boarded a cable car to get to the island. Of course there is another way if you're scared of heights.....the train. But...... we decided to use the Cable Car........ and grabe super nakakatakot........ I mean I am not scared of heights but floating over waters while it's...................raining and.............. well strong winds, lightning and thunder won't scare you while you're dangling in mid-air the ground este waters beneath you might! Just for the record it was not a short ride it was LONG!   Well at least we arrived safely. We waited for our tour guide who boarded the train only. So we got drinks at the sky tower bar who our waitress was a Filipina, having her On The Job Training there. Then we went to the 4d-Magix theatre. It's like "Realto", the show was "Pirates". Grabe toh, mas grabe! As in parang may umaakyat talaga sa binti mo. Next had something to do with heights again! But it was different because it was a tower. The Carlsberg Sky Tower stands tall and proud in the middle of the island. Offering a 360 degrees view of Singapore! I can go as high as 360 feet above ground but it wasn't that scary. The view was FANTASTIC! After that was shopping again at the store of "Images Of Singapore" then we had lunch near the "Butterfly Park and Insect Kingdom". It was "Sarpino's Pizzeria". Next we took a bus from blue line (which was free grabe ung buses nila maliniss na libre pa!) to Underwater World! We saw sharks, swordfishes, a sawfish, hammerhead and the finale was a dugong. It was so cute and it kept bumping it's head on the walls. Then there was the jellyfishes that were stuck together. We also saw the whole cast of "Finding Nemo". We saw the scariest crabs ever! Grabe ang lalaki nila! Then the life of sharks. Then seahorses! Leafy SeaDragons! Sea Angels (fishes that have no eyes!)And a lot of other marine life organisms I forgot. After that we went outside to see that it finally stopped raining. Good thing because we were on our way to Dolphin Lagoon for the Dolphin Show. But before we left underwater world we saw the big sea turtles and one of them got out of the water which was so cool. The Dolphin Show was awsome. I never thought that dolphins could be trained to summersolt, to clap and to salute.

Even though there were still a lot of sights we haven't seen, we were already tired but not tired enough for a little more shopping. AGAIN! Anyway we boarded the train to Harbour Front. We were scared to board the Cable Car. Then we boarded the Mrt to "City Hall". Where we shopped on the first day. Here I bought my Game Boy Advance Sp! We had our dinner at the mall opposite the street. Then we went to Bugis Night Market. My cousin and I were already tired so with our dads we walked to our hotel which was already close by. But would you believe it we got lost! Good thing my dad asked for directions.

Well the next thing we did after a nights rest was shopping, shopping and more shopping. The mall near to our hotel called Sim Lim was a mall for gadgets and gizmos. There my mom got a good deal for her own PSP and a Game Boy Micro that you change the casing for another cousin's daughter's b-day gift. Also my sister bought a new fone.

Our send off dinner was at " Clarke Quay" but pronounced as clark qy. Anyway we ate at a boat in the river called " Lotus Grill Restaurant". The waiters warned us that we could get sea-sick because the boat was always rocking. We had dinner we Tita Elva's family, that includes all her children Migo, Manolo and the cute little Mari. All boys. Mari was 8 while manolo was one year older than me. Migo was one year younger than my sister. Mari, Manolo and I really talked much because we had same interest. But Mari was so annoying at the same time cute! They are coming here to the Philippines this June 1.

Then we got a van-taxi that we rode to our hotel to get our stuff then to the airport..............
