Yu-Gi-Oh! is back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Call me crazy but I totally love this Anime and I can't believe it's back on Studio 23 every weekday at 6:30 pm.
I really stop everything that I am doing when 6:30 comes and watch it. I stop playing computer or surfing the net just so I can watch my favorite Anime series of all time.
I am si addicted to this show!
I know I'm sixteen already and I shouldn't be watching it anymore but who cares. I really love this series and I am very grateful to Studio 23 for airing ot again.
They are currently airing Season 5 of Yu-Gi-Oh and sadly it is the last season but I am just so ecstatic that I get to watch it again! Wohoo!

Retreat!! Senior Year!!
It was finally over! I can't believe it! It was the most anticipated event in our Senior Year!
Our last High School retreat was held last November 10-12 at the Don Bosco Batulao Batangas.
I had such a fun time. I was like the keeper of keys of our dorm. Hehe
Fr. Molls was a fun retreat master and we had such a fun time with him. He also took us to a Nature Walk when it was extremely foggy just like last year. Then there was the labyrinth and giving a cross to someone.
The retreat was such a fun experience especially sharinga dorm with 21 people.
Can't believe it's over.
I'm swimming in the middle of a ligtning storm.
Yeas, it's a very long title, I know. But it fits properly.
Last, November 8, 2008, the mother side of my family celebrated two of my cousins birthdays at a resort in Antipolo.
After eating our lunch, nature decided that it should rain. All was good and jolly but then lightning striked.
What would an ordinary sane person would do?
Of course it's bloody obvious to run for your lives and hide behind a roof but instead we continued on in the rain and swam our heart's delight.
Whew, good thing the lightning didn't hit the pool or else we could have been all toast.

I finished a book in 1 hour and 30 minutes!
Yup! It's true!
Yesterday, my parents and I went to Rockwell Power Plant mall and I went to Fully Booked and bought a new book. It was part of the series with the same book that I read in 1 hour.
This time the story was all about their outdoor camping 3-day field trip.
The book had 20 chapters and had 746 pages.
It was again funny because the teenagers participated in a scavenger hunt and their competitive selves got the better of them. It was utterly hilarious!
Hehehe. It was such a fun read.

Reminiscing: Old Cartoons
Don't you guys remember, Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, Ahhhh! Real Monsters or other shows like Captain Planet and the Planeteers, I am Weasel, Dexter's Laboratory, The Little Lulu Show, The Smurfs, The Flinstones, The Jetsons, Tom & Jerry, The Adams Family and all the other shows there are?
I was just surfing through Wikipedia and soon found myself clicking through the shows I loved back when I was a kid.
I especially missed "Rugrats"! It was my favorite show ever. We don't have nick anymore but I really miss the show.
I really miss those summer days watching TV non-stop watching all these shows even if it were replays.
It really does bring back a lot of memories.
I finished a book in 1 hour!
Yup! It's true.
Yesterday, curiosity got the better of me and I read of the books I bought but neglected for about 5 months or even more because I bought that book back when I was still in Junior Year.
So I read it last night and would you believe that I started it when Mythbusters entrance was just beginning and ended the book when the ending credits came.
The book had 11 chapters and had 526 pages. Hehehe.
Hehehe. It was even a funny story about 6 teenagers worrying about their upcoming future because the Halloween party's theme was "Future You". How do you see yourself in the future. If you see yourself as a hip-hop singer, then that would be your costume.
Hehehe. It was such a fun read.

The Tale of the Flying John Paul
I actually don't know what happened. All I know is that while I was inside eating some of the cake that was served when all of a sudden I heard people laughing from the outside.
I went outside to see what the fus was all about then I was told of the story.
Apparently, John Paul was chasing Michael while holding Asahi's camera. It was dark and he didn't see the humps right in front of him and he tripped face first I think to the ground.
I was also told that he rolled over his arm.
The injuries weren't that fatal but his arm was filled with red marks.
Man, I didn;t see it but apparently it was that funny.
High School Musical 3: Senior Year
Rating: | ★★★★ |
Category: | Movies |
Genre: | Kids & Family |
High School Musical 3 is the last High School Musical that stars Troy Bolton, Gabrielle Montez and the rest of the original gang.
The story is it's their final year and they have a ot of decisions to make about college and about their friends and about their girlfriends and last the big decision about their future.
The story is alright maybe because it coinsides with my life as a senior now. Yu know, making the right decision of which college to go to after High School and that High School will not last forever. That sort of stuff.
The only problem with HSM 3 is that there are a lot of songs and these songs are all that nice. And I hoped that other people would get their own song number maybe life a Lucas Grabeel and a Zac Efron song or Sharpay and a Gabriella one sine it is the last movie.
The final number wasn't all that good either. The final song from th first movie still tops it.
Over all I'd give it a 4 out of 5 and I'd recommend it to fans of the installment.

Rock @ VPS and World Teacher's Day
Whew!!!!! Finally it was the day itself. This event took about months of preparations. And good thing it turned out alright. My only problem is I think all the teachers are after my neck because of their surprise presentation which I was only tasked to do.
Hahaha
But it was a very draining day. i think I cheered too much to Peace Within, No Regret and Sleep Not. Hahaha. Those are the bands I loved! Go Carlos, Kevin, Dan, Chui and Miguel! Go MM, Syl, Kiko, Ray and Aeron! Go Jolo, Jeremy, Aira, Banz and Cavite!
Of course congrats to No Regret and to G4DC for winning!
Waah! I just realized that this is my last Teacher's Day and Battle of the Bands! No!
OMG! I can't eat na I made hulog-hulog my fork.
Alright, so maybe I am making a little exaggeration with the title but hey thats how the Assumptionistas speak.
Alright so here is how I spent my Saturday. Talking to brainless no wait that's a little harsh okay talking to mean girl like girls who keep asking me if my school actually exists.
The Alumni-Freshmen relation gathering was I'd say I wish I never had attended. Really i do wish it. I mean I could have used my Saturday watching movies or abything but no I had to spend it at Assumption.
Good thing I was with my cousin or else I would have exploded.
Exaggerating much? Really I am. On top it all off Saturday was the worst day i had ever had, I even made dramatic group texts to everyone I had a number off.
Man, Assumption really got to me. I did past the test they laid out a month ago. And hey at keast it was a ball and I had to wear a cocktail dress and whew good thing I didn't bring a camera. No evidence!
Araneta Coloseum: Twice Visitation
Man, I went to the Araneta twice last month. One for Avril Lavigne's concert and the next one was for the APO of the Philippines Concert.
Man, I even seated at the same side, well not actually but still it was the same kinda.
For the Avril Concert it was held last September 3, 2008 and actually my parents bought the ticket the day before and just surprised me wich was so totally cool.
At that oncert everyone was standing up and stomping. It was such filled with teenage vibe. But the only problem was it only lasted for about an hour which was so insufficient for us.
For the APO concert, I think I was the only teenager but I love APO and I had such a fun 3 hours last September 20. But the whole time we were sitted but it wasn't just songs that entertained me but also the cute antics of the APO Hiking society. Their short skits up until the end where show steelers.
Haha. As in super saya nung both concerts pero sana wag muna ako ulit bumalik sa Araneta. Kapagod kasi pag pabalik na. Hehe
Enchanted Kingdom Physics Project
Hahaha. Mag-iisang buwan na hindi ko pa siya naisusulat sa aking Multiply.
Man, super saya nung September 19, 2008! I had such a fun trip to Sta. Rosa for our Physics Project. Money well spent!
Syempre habang nag-sasaya hindi namin kinalimutan ang aming project for Physics. Pero super saya pa rin.
Naka ilang Bumper Car ata ako. As in bungo dito bungo doon. Grabe kasi sila Ms. Gen at Ms. She. Naka ilang sunod-sunod kami kasama sila Martz, Portia at Bojo. Pero after na yun. First ride after picture taking yung bumper car eh with MM, Sir Noel, Thea and Alex at marami pang iba. Puro Veritans nga ata yung nasa bumper car nun.
Next ride would have to be Roller Scater. Man, I don't know how many times I rode that thing. I think I rode it 4 consecutive times. Then I rode it again with other people. Good thing I didn't throw up.
Right after the 4 consecutive roller skater was 2 consecutive rides at the Anchor's away. It was such a blast. Man, i screamed out loud. It was so fun!
Hmmmm, I think my next ride was the Realto with Sir NOel and the others. It was Spongebob! Spongebob!
Then I watched as some of my friends rode the Flying Fiesta. Then picture dito picture doon. Haha.
Tapos yung bumper car namin with Ms. Gen and Ms. She and Bojo.
Then we met up with my supposedly partner Sir Eugene and Derrick then rode Wheel of Faith. Grabe and lakas nung hangin nung nasa taas kami. Hahaha. eh basa pa naman sila Sir Eugene nun.
Then straight kami nina Bojo, April, Luis, Stephanie, Sir Eugene, Ms. She, Ms. Gen and me to Rio Grande. Hahaha. As usual waterfall! Grabe. I think I rode it 4 or 5 times.
Stopped by a shop and saw Sir Noel and Sir Jun.
Ha. Then Chesster, Sir Eugene and I went to Jungle Log Jam. Twice. Super saya. Grabe. Hahaha. Tapos nag Swan ride kami. Hahaha. Super exercise siya. Grabe saya.
Then we went to the arcade. Grabe gusto ko talaga yung isang Elephant na stuff toy and yung isang game Darts. Si Sir nung una naghihinayang kung kaya niya icherry yung dart pero nagawa niya sa last try! Ang galing talaga! Now, I have a new stuff toy, si Eugie.
Hehehe then we met up with others at the Food Court.
Grabe super saya talaga yung EK and may pasok pa kami kinabukasan. Saya! Hehehe

Happy Birthday Patrick!
After we got back from our PICC trip we still had about 45 minutes of Physics left. All of us were worn out especiall us girls who were at the VPS van. All of the girls except Mars, Thea, Anna and I were sleeping.
Even Sir Noel, after reaching our classroom, felt like he wanted to sleep. Then when we were talking he whispered to me that it was Patrick's birthday. Of course being the family of the section we were, I spreaded the news and Mitch and I went down to the cafeteria and bought him a cake then I took one of the candles we had from the altar and gave it to him. Portia wrote a greeting at the blackboard.
Sir Noel said that it was time to pray. Patrick who was resting at that time didn't see what was written at the board. After the prayer Sir Noel said that maybe our president had something to say. Thea gave a little pseech then Mitch came in with the cake along with Ms. A our adviser and we all sang Happy Birthday.
Well anyways, it was a very nice ending to a very nice day!
20th Career Counseling and Guidance Fair
Yesterday we went to PICC for the 20th Career Counseling and Guidance Fair. It was fun because of the freebies we received. I got an Adamson Cup, a lot of pins, flyers and brochures, and a life time supply of ballpen.
It wasn't that great because it was a little disorganized. There were a lot of students and sometimes you had to push your way out of a specific school booth. Especially at the UE and FEU booths.
Over all it was a fun experience. Man, I have a lot of application forms and a lot of pins!
We had our lunch at Blue Wave! It was so fun. Thea and I organized the stuff we received.
After that it was to school we go! Everyone was really wasted. As for proof (and the cause of my death) go to my photos. (PS not all the photos were taken by me but also by Kuya Rudy) I'd tried to sleep but my head kept slamming to the sort of kind of wall between us and the driver's and front seat. It was really draining the excitement of the fair.
But it wasn't just the fair that was special that day...........

The Tale of a Sewer rat
* I had to right this as soon as I got home. The blog entries for Buwan ng Wika will be written tomorrow. :)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I squeezed myself through the screen gate of Veritas Parochial School. I didn't want to harm anyone, I just wanted to find a dry palce where I could stay until the rain lifts up.
But maybe staying outside and the possibility of being caught in the flood and it's current would have been a much better decision that the one I made.
When I finally got in the school, I was met with screams of the students. Students which I have deduced were high school students.
Some I saw stood on their seats while others screamed. This weren't just girls but i saw boys too.
Well what else could a rat do in the particular situation. Ofcourse only one thing and that is run.
I ran till I reached a multi-colored floor. it was next to the wall. I stopped for a while figuring out what to do next then I saw a man with a dustpan in hand.
He forced me to it using the wall and a plastic bottle. At first I didn't want to, I tried to climb up the dustpan's handle but couldn't because he steadied me with the bottle.
In the end it turned up alright. After my misshap in the school, and dealt with screaming students, I finally found a dry place to stay.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hahaha. I made a story. I'm not sure what happened to the rat after it was captured by the janitor but I hoped it found a nice place to stay until the rain stops.
It was raining hard at our dismissal today August 26, 2008 at 4. So hard the floods began to trap us inside.
So I waited at out cafeteria with the other high school students because the elementary were dismissed earlier.
Honestly, the students screamed their lungs out in the cafeteria this afternoon at around 4 because of the rat.
I know its a sewer rat because of it's size and color. Big and Black.
It was fun actually.
Martin and I were talking when Niko a freshmen, said that their was a rat near the old gate. So at first we were like ok no big deal.
But it was a big deal because the rat found a way inside. I studied the scene after the incident. It chewed a hole in the gate's screen and that's how it got in.
When the rat finally got inside, screamed were heard. Some stood on their seats. Martin and I remained seated in ours. Martin even said, "Tingnan natin."
So we stood up and saw the rat cornered on the wall. It fought but still it was captured.
Then the students regained their composure and started talking again with one another.
It was actually pretty funny.
Suspension of Classes
"This is the best day of my entire life."
I quoted my classmate. He said this last August 20, 2008 at 11 a.m. when our adviser, Ms. A told us that classes are suspended from 12 noon onwards.
Alright maybe I exaggerated what he really said but the meaning is the same because when Ms. A told us about the suspension we all exclaimed in delight!.
Now I reminisce.
Suspenison of classes is a rare thing especially if it happens when your already in school and half the day is over.
It's fun actually when the teacher announces it. Because the second it leaves her mouth the shouts of joys and delight drown her other words.
I remember when I was a 5th Grader in myschool and I remember we were having our English class with Ms. Jo and then the school administrator called her out of our classroom byt hen we already knew what she was about to say when we heard the screams of the other class.
Suspension of classes is much more fun when your in elementary and in high school than when it is in college. And in college, it doesn't happen that often that in the elementary and high school department.
We were practicing in the gymnasium of our school when Ms. A told us about the weather and we just got out of control with joy.
Not that I hate school but a little bit of rest and relaxation was very much needed because of the previous weeks test.
Whew.

The Dark Knight: "You Complete Me."
Rating: | ★★★★★ |
Category: | Movies |
Genre: | Action & Adventure |
Not only was it very anticipated by many because of the last movie of the late Heath Ledger. It really pwned up to people's expectations.
It was a damn good film.
Ledger's performance as the Joker took the night. With his funny antics, and when he said to Batman the quote at the title. It was hilarious.
Next to that was Christian Bale. He was utterly handsome. (My mom said that.) His performance wasn't that bad either. I'd say he and Ledger were at the same level. My favorite scene was when he was Bruce Wayne slamming into a car that almost killed Commisioner Gordon.
And of course who would forget, Gotham's White Knight. Aaron Eckheart gave a very good performance as Harvey Dent, the district attorney who wants to save Gotham.
Over all the Dark Knight was a very great outstanding movie. Thats why if you would looke at the newspaper yesterday it was still number 1 in the charts.
